William
Hochberg's entertainment
law practice concentrates on contractual negotiation, litigation
and administration and licensing of rights for
premier artists,
producers, writers and the estates of
creative
talent in the music, television, film, gaming and new media areas.
Bill writes
on entertainment law related topics for WIRED and several other
publications. He is a member of the
National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (NARAS) and lectures
frequently
about
music and media law on panels
worldwide such as South by Southwest, MIDEM, the Buenos Aires
International Festival
of Music, Porto Musical Brazil, and in academia at the University
of
California
Los
Angeles, Berklee College of Music, the University of Southern
California and others. He received his law degree in 1990 from
Northeastern University
Law School and a degree in Literature from Brandeis
University in 1982. Prior to law
school, Bill was a news reporter with the Associated Press, covering
criminal and civil trials. A member of the
California Bar since 1990, he is
admitted to practice in the Central District of California and the
Ninth Circuit
Court of Appeals.

Justin Keller received his
law
degree
from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2008, where he
was a
member of the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society. He received
his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from University of
California,
Santa Barbara in 2005, where he was a member of the National
Society of
Collegiate Scholars. In the music industry, Justin has worked at
the
transactional music law office of Carroll, Guido & Groffman, LLP,
and clerked for the Hon. Kathryne A. Stoltz, Los Angeles Superior
Court. Justin loves many kinds of music and plays guitar, bass and
drums. He is a member of
the California Bar.
